Shipping & returns
Delivery and shipping costs
1. All orders are shipped by PostNL and or Bpost.
2. Shipping costs may vary per country depended on the extra charges these company make. The different charges can be found in the section shipment and returns.
3. Different shipping costs apply for shipments outside Europe.
We dispatch most orders within 1 working day after you’ve received your confirmation email. If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and we will notify you whether or not this will be possible; your order may already have been shipped. If your order has been shipped our returns policy will then apply.
1.When you receive your order you have a period of 7 workdays to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or exchange. The goods must be returned unused and unopened with the seal intact - in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. For reasons of hygiene we will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been opened or used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us. We do not accept returns on sample sized products.
2. If you wish to return your order, all return-shipping costs and custom or import taxes are at your own expense. If you want a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount of the payment for the goods within 30 days.
3. If there is a mistake on our part regarding color or wrong shipment inform us within 3 working days after dispatch of the order. We will refund the amount of your order as well as the return shipping costs once we have received the returned goods.
4. It is possible to exchange an item within 7 workdays if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at email@example.com if you want to reserve an alternative product before returning the goods. The shipping costs for the new item and taxes are at your own expense. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund. In case your alternative product costs less than your first purchase we refund the difference no later than 30 days after shipment of your alternative product.
5. During sale offers the policy explained above will not apply. Caring Boozyshop.nl will not accept any returns or exchanges for sale items. Send your products back to the following address:

6. We recommend you to use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as Boozyshop BV cannot be held responsible for lost returns during transport.
