Shipping costs may vary per country depending on these companies' extra charges. The different charges can be found below. Different shipping costs apply for shipments outside Europe. We dispatch orders the same day when you order before 20:00u. (cet)

 

Netherlands: 4,49 – Free above 40 euro

Belgium: 4,95 – Free above 50 euro

Germany: 5,95 – Free above 60 euro

France: 6,95 – Free above 70 euro 

 

 

 

 

Unused and unopened
As soon as we receive the return, we will check whether it is unused and unopened. You will receive an email when the return has been accepted. When the product has been opened and/or used, the return will be rejected.

 

Return term
You can return a product up to 14 days after you have received the order. After the order has been processed, you will receive a refund within a few days. Have you chosen Klarna? You will receive a new invoice from Klarna within a few days.

Return costs
The costs for returning are for your own account. These are the costs as calculated by the postal services. Make sure you send the package with a tracking code so that you can always track the package. Don't forget to keep the return receipt.

Do not forget
Did you receive a gift with your order? Remember that it must also be returned if you no longer meet the minimum order value associated with the gift due to the return.
