This shampoo & conditioner:

Massage the shampoo into your scalp and along the entire length of your hair.
Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.
Conditioner:
Apply the conditioner to wet hair and massage gently.
Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
