What is a cream concealer?

When should you choose a cream concealer?

How do you apply cream concealer?
Warm up a little product with your finger or pick it up with a flat concealer brush. Dab it exactly on the spot you want to hide and tap out the edges without wiping away the centre. Then apply your liquid concealer or foundation over the top if you like, and set with a setting powder.
