Once the return is received, we will check if it is indeed unused and unopened. If the return is accepted, you will receive an email notification. If the product is opened and/or used, the return will be rejected. 

 

You can return a product up to 14 days after receiving your order. After the return is processed, you will receive a refund within a few days. If you chose Klarna, you will receive a new invoice from Klarna within a few days.

 

The costs for returning the item are your responsibility. These are the costs as calculated by the postal services. Ensure you send the package with a tracking code so you can always track it. Don't forget to keep the return receipt well.
