How to use:
Apply the eyebrow gel with the applicator.
Make a combing motion as you apply the gel.
For a fluffy brow effect, comb the hairs upwards.
Let the gel dry.
You can fill in any thin spots in your eyebrows with eyebrow pencil or powder before applying the gel.
