Apply a thin layer over your base or color gel, do not cure.
Immediately apply your desired color(s) onto the wet Blooming Gel and let it "bloom".
Once satisfied with the effect, cure (UV 2-3 min / LED 60-90 sec).
Seal your design with a top coat and cure again for long-lasting results.
