How to use
- Apply a thin layer over your base or color gel, do not cure.
- Immediately apply your desired color(s) onto the wet Blooming Gel and let it "bloom".
- Once satisfied with the effect, cure (UV 2-3 min / LED 60-90 sec).
- Seal your design with a top coat and cure again for long-lasting results.
