How to use:
Apply a base coat and cure under a UV/LED lamp.
Paint your nails with Black Cat 033 and cure. This is your base.
Apply a thin layer of Blooming Gel, but do not cure yet.
Use the Nail Dotting Tool and Intense White 003 to draw ghosts or blobs in the wet Blooming Gel.
Let the design spread for the classic blooming effect, then cure.
Use the dotting tool to draw eyes and other accents, and cure again under your lamp.
Apply a top coat and cure again.
