How to use:
Apply a no-wipe top coat over your chosen color and cure according to lamp instructions.
Use the brush to apply a thin layer of Makear SFX Liquid Effect Dust onto the cured top coat.
Gently rub in the product using an applicator or fingertip for a smooth effect.
Apply a second layer of top coat to seal the effect and cure again.
