How to use:
Apply a base coat and cure under a LED/UV lamp.
Apply a layer of Makear Glow In Dark Cat Eye Gel Polish.
Use a magnet to create the cat eye effect and cure.
Repeat if desired for extra intensity.
Finish with a top coat and cure again.
