How to use
- Apply a base color and cure under a UV/LED lamp.
- Apply the Kiara Sky Rub On Top Coat and cure for 60 sec under LED or 2 min under UV.
- Use the Kiara Sky Rub On Applicator to rub the Mermaid powder into the nail until the desired effect is achieved.
- Seal with another layer of top coat, cure again and enjoy your unique manicure.
