Content: 30 nails in 15 sizes, nail glue, sticky tabs, a file, a cuticle pusher, an alcohol pad.

• Start by lightly filing your natural nails and use a nail buffer to roughen the surface for better adhesion.
• Gently push back your cuticles with a cuticle pusher.
• Clean and degrease your nails with the included alcohol pad.
• Select the press-on nail that best fits each finger.
• Sticky Tabs: Remove the protective film and apply the sticky tab to your natural nail.
• Use a wooden stick to push out any air bubbles along the edges.
• Place the press-on nail at a 45° angle near the cuticle and press firmly for about 60 seconds.
• Nail Glue: Apply a thin layer of glue to your natural nail and to the underside of the press-on nail.
• Place at a 45° angle, press down and hold firmly for 60 seconds.
• Avoid water contact or intensive hand use during the first 1–2 hours after application for best adhesion.
