How to use:
As an eyeshadow primer:
- Apply the primer to your eyelid with your finger or a brush.
- Blend in from the lash line to the brow bone.
- Use under your eyes as a base for your concealer.
- Apply your favorite eye shadow.
As eye shadow:
- Take a small amount of eyeshadow on an eyeshadow brush.
- You can apply multiple layers.
- Wait 1 minute for the eyeshadow to dry.
