How to use:
Moisten the spoolie with water. Water activates the brow soap, so this step is essential!
Dip the spoolie into the brow soap until it's coated.
Style your brows by brushing the hairs into the desired shape.
Tip!: Want fluffy, feathered brows? Brush your brow hairs upward at an angle.
