Description

The Makear UV Gel Polish 642 is a semi-transparent pink gel polish with fine shimmer. It's made for milky nails and clean mani looks: your natural nail remains visible, the color adds a soft pink layer over it, and the shimmer particles catch the light.

You determine how much color you want with the number of layers. One layer keeps it a hint of pink, while three layers give a clearly visible tint that still remains translucent. The gel is thin enough to self-level and doesn't run into the cuticles. Each layer cures in 30 to 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp, and the formula is HEMA-free, just like the rest of the Makear range.

How to use

File your nails into shape, push back the cuticles, and lightly buff the nail plate with a buffer.
Degrease with a cleanser or dehydrator, so no grease or dust remains.
Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure according to the base coat's recommended time.
Apply the color in thin layers and cure each layer separately: 30 to 60 seconds in a 48W LED lamp.
Build up to your desired coverage. One layer gives a translucent result, two to three layers make the tint more clearly visible.
Finish with a top coat and cure again.
Remove the sticky layer with a cleanser, unless your top coat is no-wipe.
Finish with cuticle oil.

Hoeveel lagen heb ik nodig?

Eén laag geeft een doorschijnende sluier, twee tot drie lagen een duidelijk zichtbare tint. Deze lak is bewust semi-transparant en wordt ook met meer lagen niet volledig dekkend. Hard elke laag apart uit: 30 tot 60 seconden in een 48W LED-lamp.

Is de shimmer fijn of grof?

Fijn. Het zijn kleine deeltjes die de kleur laten oplichten, geen losse glitterstukjes. Bij één laag zie je vooral glans; hoe meer lagen, hoe duidelijker de shimmer wordt.

Is deze gellak HEMA-vrij?

Ja. Makear werkt in deze lakken met hydroxypropyl methacrylaat in plaats van HEMA. Alle HEMA-vrije kleuren staan bij elkaar in HEMA-vrije gellak.
