How to use:
Apply Scratch Base and cure under a UV/LED lamp for 30-60 seconds.
Apply a layer of Scratch Gel, do not cure.
Create the design in the uncured gel using a stick, dotting tool or fine brush.
Wait briefly for the structure to form.
Cure under a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
Finish with a top coat.
