How to use:
Apply the eyeliner to your lower waterline, you can also apply the eyeliner to your upper waterline.
For a more intense look, apply the eyeliner to your upper lash line.

Tip! : If you are very handy with applying eyeliner, you can also make a winged eyeliner with this eyeliner!
