File your nails into shape, push back your cuticles and lightly buff the surface.
Degrease your nails with cleanser or cosmetic acetone.
Apply a primer or multibond and let it air dry or cure according to instructions.
Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure (UV: 2-3 min / LED: 60-90 sec).
Apply 1-2 thin coats of color and cure each layer.
Finish with a top coat and cure again.
If needed, remove the sticky layer with cleanser and treat your cuticles with oil.
