Start by thoroughly wetting your hair in the shower.
Pump an amount of shampoo into the palm of your hand depending on the length and thickness of your hair.
Rub the shampoo between your hands to lather the product.
Apply the shampoo to your scalp and hair.
Massage gently with your fingertips to remove dirt, oil and product residue.
Work from the roots to the tips.
Rinse the shampoo thoroughly with warm water until all foam has disappeared and your hair feels clean.
For optimally hydrated hair, after washing, use Amika Hydro Rush Intense Moisture Conditioner or a leave-in conditioner to lock in moisture and make your hair extra soft and shiny.
