Which scrub suits your skin?

How to use a face scrub
Cleanse your face first with a gentle cleanser. Then massage the scrub over damp skin in light circular motions and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Once or twice a week is enough for most skin types; scrubbing more often can actually irritate your skin. Avoid the eye and lip area, and follow with a toner and moisturiser.
