Product is excellent, HOWEVER! What I ordered on the website was not the item I received. Website showed 400ml bottle of conditioner but what I received was a 300ml tube. As I ordered 9 items, of the same conditioner, this left me 900ml short of what I paid for. I understand that the website had not been undated but that was hardly my fault. I would have thought as a good will gesture, they would have sent me a couple of tubes to compensate what I paid not.
