• Before you start, it is important to perform a patch test.
• Ensure that the hair you want to remove is at least 3-4 mm long for effective wax adhesion. If the hair is too long, trim it to about 5 mm.
• Make sure the area is clean, dry, and free of oils and creams. In humid weather, you can apply some talcum powder to the area you want to wax.
• Rub the strip between your hands for 20-30 seconds to warm it up. When the strip is warm, you can easily separate it. You do not need to warm the strips if it is very warm; if the room is very warm, you can place the strips in the refrigerator for a few minutes before use.
• Slowly pull the double strip apart. Set one strip aside with the wax side up for later use. Use the remaining strips folded in half for a later time.
• Press the strip firmly onto your skin in the direction of hair growth. Rub quickly and firmly over the strip several times (about 10 times).
• Hold the skin tight with one hand to prevent the skin from moving when you remove the strip. Grab the bottom of the wax strip with the other hand and pull the strip directly against the direction of hair growth. The faster you do this, the better the result.
• Pull the strip back straight and parallel to your skin; do not pull upwards as this can cause bruising or prevent the wax from working effectively.
• If there are still some hairs left after waxing, you can use tweezers to remove them.
• Any wax residue on your skin can be removed by cleaning the area with baby oil or by using the same strip again and pulling it back in the same direction as the first time. Do not use water or alcohol to remove the residue.
• Always store the strips in their box, in a cool, dry place.
