The Wet n Wild Ultimate Brow Retractable Pencil is an eyebrow pencil with which you can touch up and define your eyebrows very naturally. This is thanks to the unique angled point. You can easily and quickly create small lines that look a lot like fine hairs. The waterproof pigments are ideal for clean lines, stay perfectly in place and do not smudge.
