Apply a primer or moisturizer and then apply your foundation.
Apply a light shade that best matches your skin to the center of your forehead, bridge of your nose, chin, under the eyes and below your cheekbones.
Take a slightly darker color and apply this below your hairline, sides of your nose and jawline.
Take an even darker color (or the same as the previous step) and apply this under your cheekbones.
Blend everything out in a circular motion with a sponge or brush.
