Cleaning your makeup brushes:

Cleaning your makeup brushes is important to keep your skin healthy and extend the life of your brushes. We therefore recommend thoroughly cleaning your make-up brushes regularly, at least once a week. This prevents bacteria from accumulating that can contaminate your skin.

Step 1. Clean your brush

Hold your brush under running lukewarm water. Make sure that no water gets into the ferrule, as moisture can damage the adhesive layer of the bristles. Apply cleanser to your palm or on a brush cleansing mat and gently rub the brush bristles into the cleanser using circular movements.

Step 2. Rinse the brush well

Rinse the brush thoroughly under lukewarm water until all the cleaner has been removed and the water is clear again. Gently squeeze excess water from the brush with your fingers.

Step 3. Shape the tassel back

Gently shape the hair back to its original shape. Then slide a brush protector over the brush, starting from the handle and sliding it towards the bristles to prevent the bristles from getting out of shape.

Step 4. Let the brush dry

Place the brush on a clean towel to dry. Preferably place the brushes at an angle with the bristles pointing downwards, for example by placing a rolled up towel under the handle.

Step 5. Disinfect

If desired, you can disinfect your brush by lightly sprinkling it with brush cleanser .

Step 1. Preparation

First apply your foundation so that you create an even base for contouring

Step 2. Apply contour to cheekbones

Apply your contour directly to your face or to the angled side of the brush. Gently tap off excess powder to avoid applying too much product. Place the brush in the hollow of your cheeks and spread the product towards your temples in an upward motion

Step 3. Contour your nose

If you want to create the illusion of a narrower nose, draw light lines down the side of your nose. Use the tip of the brush for this

Step 4. Contour your forehead

Apply contour along your hairline and on your temples to make your forehead appear smaller

Step 5. Jawline contours

To make your face appear narrower, apply your contour to your jawline and chin

Step 4. Blend well

Use the angled side of the brush to blend the contour onto your forehead, cheekbones and jawline. Blend the contour along the side of your nose with the tip of the brush
