Ingredients:
Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract, 1,2-hexanediol, Butylene Glycol, Bis-peg-18 Methyl Ether Dimethyl Silane, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Carbomer, Arginine.

How to use:
- Cleanse your skin.
- Apply a small amount to a cotton pad and gently pat over the skin until absorbed.
- Always start with the driest areas and move toward the less dry zones.
- This toner can be used in the morning and evening.
Tip! : Soak a few cotton pads in the toner and apply them as a DIY mask. Leave on for about 3–5 minutes.
