• Clean your face and make sure your skin is damp.
• Take a strip and gently apply it with the shiny side down onto your nose.
• Press it down firmly and smooth out any air bubbles with your finger.
• Leave it on for 15 minutes until the strip feels dry and stiff.
• Slowly and gently remove the strip from your nose, working from the sides toward the center.
• Use 1–2 times per week. Allow at least 3 days between uses.

Note: Avoid using the strips on sunburned, sensitive, or acne-prone skin.
