The work is done by tapioca starch, which absorbs moisture, and by magnesium hydroxide and baking soda, which keep odour down. Shea butter and coconut oil keep your skin soft and the stick leaves no white marks. Baking soda can irritate sensitive skin, in that case look for a baking soda free stick among the other deodorants.
