• Start with the Moisture Shampoo. Wet your hair thoroughly and apply a small amount of shampoo. Massage gently into your hair and scalp until it foams. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

• After shampooing, apply Monday Haircare Moisture Conditioner. Gently squeeze excess water from hair. Take a generous amount of conditioner and distribute evenly throughout hair, paying special attention to the ends. Leave the conditioner on for 1-2 minutes to work deeply. Then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
