Milani Baked Highlighter 120 Champagne d'Oro is a sparkling highlighter with intense pigment. This highlighter is baked on Italian terracotta tiles and contains tiny luminous particles, which will take your look to the next level. The velvet formula is super soft and easy to blend and build.
