- Make sure your skin is dry.
- Apply a water-based lotion to dry areas like elbows, knees, and ankles.
- Apply your favorite self-tanner onto the mitt.
- Use circular motions to spread the product across your body.
- Bend your knees and elbows while applying to avoid patchiness.
- Use leftover product from the mitt on your face, hands, and feet – don’t add more.
- Let your tan develop before getting dressed.
Tip! Rinse the mitt with warm water after use. Hang to dry – do not place on a radiator or surface!
