This toner contains 80% ginseng root water and a ginseng complex to relieve dryness. It also includes niacinamide and adenosine to target fine lines and reduce sebum production. Additionally, the toner protects your skin from external irritants by locking in moisture.
This toner is free from fragrance, alcohol, and essential oils.
Apply 2–3 drops to cleansed skin in the morning and evening.
