• Apply a thin layer over your base or color gel, do not cure.
• Immediately apply your desired color(s) on top of the wet Blooming Gel and allow them to bloom.
• Once you are happy with the effect, cure (UV 2-3 min / LED 60-90 sec).
• Seal your design with a top coat and cure again for a long lasting result.
