Shampoo:

• Apply a small amount to wet hair.
• Massage the shampoo into your scalp and through the entire length of your hair.
• Rinse thoroughly and repeat if necessary.

Conditioner:

• Apply the conditioner to wet hair and massage gently.
• Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
