By accessing, using or making purchases from this website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

1. General

1.1. The general terms and conditions apply on all our products and content displayed on Boozyshop.com, Boozyshop.nl. boozyshop.be and Boozyshop.be. When you place an order on Boozyshop you acknowledge to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.  
1.2. Our website Boozyshop, these Terms & Conditions and contracts between the Boozyshop webshop and the customer, to which these general terms and conditions apply, are strictly governed by Dutch law  

2. Delivery and shipping costs

2.1. All orders are shipped by PostNL
2.2. Shipping costs may vary per country depended on the extra charges these company make. The different charges can be found in the section shipment and returns.
2.3. Different shipping costs apply for shipments outside Europe.
2.4 Please note sometimes delays in the receipt of your parcel can be due to customs clearances and checks
2.5 All international orders sent to countries outside the EU MAY be subject to import charges.

Boozyshop accepts no responsibility for these, please check with your customs office before ordering if you are unsure as to whether this applies to your country.

3. Returns

3.1.When you receive your order you have a period of 7 workdays to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or exchange. The goods must be returned unused and unopened with the seal intact - in the same condition as they were originally dispatched from us. For reasons of hygiene we will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been opened or used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us. We do not accept returns on sample sized products. 
3.2. If you wish to return your order, all return-shipping costs and custom or import taxes are at your own expense. If you want a refund and the returned goods meet the above stated conditions, we will return the amount of the payment for the goods within 30 days. 
3.3. If there is a mistake on our part regarding color or wrong shipment inform us within 3 working days after dispatch of the order. We will refund the amount of your order as well as the return shipping costs once we have received the returned goods. 
3.4. It is possible to exchange an item within 7 workdays if the preferred replacement is in stock. Please contact us at [email protected] if you want to reserve an alternative product before returning the goods. The shipping costs for the new item and taxes are at your own expense. In case we are unable to send a replacement for your returned goods, you will receive a refund. In case your alternative product costs less than your first purchase we refund the difference no later than 30 days after shipment of your alternative product.  
3.5. During sale offers the policy explained above will not apply. Caring Boozyshop.nl will not accept any returns or exchanges for sale items. Send your products back to the following address:

3.6. We recommend you to use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods as Boozyshop BV cannot be held responsible for lost returns during transport.  

4. Payment methods

4.1. For worldwide payments, we accept Paypal and creditcard. For Dutch and Belgian customers we also accept iDeal, MisterCash and Afterpay.  

5. Order confirmation

5.1. After you complete the checkout and payment process of your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. 

6. Shipping confirmation

6.1. We dispatch most orders within 1 working day after you’ve received your confirmation email. If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible and we will notify you whether or not this will be possible; your order may already have been shipped. If your order has been shipped our returns policy will then apply.  

7. Prices

7.1. All prices stated on all Boozyshop webshops are in euro’s and can be subject to misprints. No rights can be derived from any misprints on Boozyshop.nl, Boozyshop.be and Boozyshop.com 
7.2 All prices on Boozyshop are including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs. Total price including shipping costs is given during the check out process. Please note that the customer is reliable for custom or import taxes that are charged on international orders when it reaches the destination country. 

8. Privacy

8.1 In order for you to purchase goods and to give you the best service possible you need to fill in personal information. We only use your personal information for processing and delivering your order correctly and for keeping you up-to-date about your order. This information is not used for any purpose of a commercial or non-commercial nature unrelated to Boozyshop without your prior permission. 

9. Medical Liability

9.1 Information provided on this site including information related to well being and health is provided in good faith and should not be taken as being prescriptive. You should be aware that no one can guarantee the effects of natural remedies and anything can be dangerous if used inappropriately. Boozyshop will not accept responsibility for any injury or illness caused by failing to take proper medical advice or not following instructions properly. Any attempt to treat a medical condition should always come under the supervision of a qualified medical professional. Whilst we seek to provide as much information as possible about the products we sell on this site, and its suitability, you are responsible for ensuring that it is suitable for your own needs and this includes avoiding products that include ingredients you are intolerant, sensitive or may react to.

10.1 Please note that whilst we have tried to represent colours as accurately as possible they may vary slightly from the way they appear on your computer monitor.
