How to use:
- Apply the eye pencil to your lower waterline and optionally to your upper waterline for an intense glance. If you want a more intense look, apply the eyepencil to your upper lash line and possibly to your lower lash line.
- Shake the Royal liner well before use. Apply the eyeliner along your upper lash line and let it dry for a few seconds.
