How to use:
Apply with a flat, dense eyeshadow brush or fingertip for maximum impact.
Use a glitter or pigment primer underneath for extra hold and intensity.
Gently dab the pigment onto eyelids, cheekbones or any area you want to highlight.
Build up to desired intensity.
Finish with a setting spray for long-lasting wear.
