How to use:
Apply the eyeliner to your lower waterline, optionally you can also apply the eyeliner to your upper lash line.
If you want a more intense look, apply the eyeliner to your upper lash line.
Still want to add a little more drama to your look? You can! Apply the eyeliner to your lower lash line.
