How to use:
- Make sure your eyelid is clean and dry.
- Gently pull your eyelid toward your ear to create a clean line.
- Apply the eyeliner along your upper lash line, starting at the outer edge.
- Apply another layer for a more intense color.
- Let it dry and your eye look is ready!
